Terms of sale
These terms summarise how we sell Lumova equipment. Full terms are provided with every quote and invoice.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Your written quote confirms the price, inclusions and delivery timing.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide by tracked, insured courier. Please inspect your equipment on arrival and tell us about any transit damage as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) so we can lodge a courier claim.
Warranty
Lumova lasers come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
